Breaking the Mould: Women in leadership with a desire to inspire

ALTO held its first flagship event of the year on Wednesday 3 April 2019, celebrating successful Italo-Australian women and proving it's possible to 'break the mould'.

Hosted at Cremorne restaurant Ms Frankie, the sold out event began with co-owners Ioanna and Melinda speaking of establishing their restaruant and the influence of their italian heritage in their business.

Italo-Australian sports reporter and F1 Grand Prix co-host, Emma Notarfrancesco, then emceed and interviewed panelists Catherine Cervasio (Founder and CEO of Aromababy), Hon Grace Portolesi (former South Australian Labor MP) and Hon Lily D'Ambrosio (current Victorian State Member for Mill Park and Minister for Energy, Environment & Climate Change). The panelists spoke of their careers and their secrets to success in their work and personal lives.

The night was filled with good food, networking and celebrating successful women across all sectors. ALTO would like to thank Ms Frankie for sponsoring the event and its members for their continued support.
